[Only Topic] Personalized profiles vanished?

I added a few things on my forum, like a warning gauge and stuff.
I noticed they didn't match the theme, so I went back to edit/delete them.

All of the personalized profiles are gone in the administration panel, but they're still active on the forum.

What's the problem?
I'm sorry if I'm repeating a question or if this is an announcement, just needing the help right now.

(I can't seem to be able to find personal profiles on any browser, or forum I'm admin of.)

can you take a screenshot of what it is like in the admin pane and what it is like in the members profile please?

I'm looking and I believe this question has been asked before.

I have doubles of the profiles, because when I thought I added them, they didn't go.

strange, try trying the old admin panel to see if you can get anything from there.

I've tried them all. On IE, Firefox, Old admin panel, New admin panel, admin panels on other forums I'm an admin of.

They all have vanished completely.

I think it's a server bug or something.

3/3 forums I run all have personalized profiles and have the same problem... Confused

I also have the same thing i take it the site has a bug again and i think this needs to be sent to the tech's for some help on this matter so if a mod can plz sent this to the tech forum that would be good Thanks

Yeah we're getting the same problem.

Once you have made a custom profile field, it does not display under the custom profile fields list so you cannot edit or delete them. We tried it 3 times and now users will be asked for the same question 3 times..

Hmm i got a warning bar and there wasnt any problem the tecnaintion of the this web site proly looking into it

Dont worry it will get fix and your member will be ok it wont effect your member if it only a bug in at bit of your admin tool

i see what you mean it happen to my forum as well it show it on the profile but not on the personalized profiles

hope it do get fix
and i didnt even delete them

my gust is at it happen over night yesrday
it was ok yesrday know it not

it must of effenct ever admin panel on another forum

You can't see your personalized profile
This means that you can't even modify or delete it...
That's sth troublesome and must be fixed before the members get mad

I'm facing the same problem as well! .... and because of this I've two same fields in my forum's profile options

for admins' information! ... forum's address is -> mig33freedom.forum.st

How about your signatures? Are they working properly? Can you edit them?
I have also that problem too. What a mess....
It started in the same time as the problem in this topic.

The good news is that you can still use the settings in the users profiles but you just cant get to them to edit them in your admin page

im sure this is just a bug that we are all having maybe some thing to do with the new updates we will be getting some time i dont know!!

but if you need to change anything in your members settings you can still do it by going in to there profiels it still works.....

as for your members going mad if you don't say nothing to them then no one will know as this is just a admin page problem not in the main site :O

well i think this should be sent over to tech support now as its not just one or two that have it (pokes a mod ) Laughing

Wow, I thought I was the only one with this problem.

Well then without a doubt it's a technical error in the ACP?
Hope the problem can get resolved soon, I'm starting to get activity on my forums again. With poorly done personal profiles Shit
