how do I delete Personalized profile? Empty how do I delete Personalized profile?

When I try to delete it, it say "You did not create personalized profile yet" BUT I DID! so how do I delete it if it thinks I never made it?

Are using the founder account or just an ordinary admin account?

Go to that sheet and choose the profile, press delete and then confirm deletion.

Looks like most of the users here are having this problem. Just wait for it to be fixed. You cannot delete it because its not there. Just relax and hopefully it'll be fixed soon.
