urgent!!!

i have download a skins phpbb version 3..
where to change my forum to the skin that i've download it?

please!!...someone help me, URGENT!! bwi

Did you download your theme from a site like http://www.phpbb3styles.net/ ?
If you did, you can't install because themes from phpbbstyles are incompatible with forumotions installation process.

please tell me, coz hitskin doesn't have cool skin..

For the moment, Your only choice would be Hitskin. You can download a theme from phpbbstyles, But you would have to upload the images manually as it can't be installed.
