Affiliation Banner Please

Hello,

I am in need of an affiliation banner for my forum.

I have some info that is required, but the rest is up to you:

Dimensions: 90x30
Text: NYSF.com changes to PLAY changes to CHAT
Animation: yes, please (if its not too much trouble - view text above. it goes form NYSF.com then changes with animation to PLAY then changes with animation again to CHAT)
Images: Use a baseball, basketball, football, or hockey puck
Background colors and border colors are your choice.
