NO!!

We can already add a 'Visitor message' under PHPBB2 !!

This IS ForuMotion, NOT Vbulletin! and I would like it to stay that way!

I love Vbulletin, but this is Forumotion and if we were to have Vbulletin as an option which costs alot of money, it would defeat Forumotion's purpose which is to be a free provider.
