2.i dont know how to explain but how i can add a border or bar i dont know the name like one where is 'who is online' below the categories,a bar like that,how can i add one to separate the forum categories.ex: i have 4 forums then a border or bar,4 forums then another bar.i hope u understand .the link is

1) By any chance you had made a html page as a homepage & then did something with it?
