IMG doesnt work

i created a login pop-up
and added a picture to it...
it shows in the Welcome message but not in the pop-up someone know why?
i get this

it may appear in the welcome message
but do you allow html on the forum naturally?

Upload your image to photobucket and click on the [img] tag, then paste that code in your pop up box. The code will be far shorter than the one above.

Pics do work, I put a picture in mine.
