Personalized Domain HELP?

I have a personal domain through name.com and would like to use it as my address for my forumotion website .... although I cant seem to fix it. I read a couple of post that did not help me.

Can you guys tell me what the DSN name is for forumotion or what I have to do in my name.com account? Please help ASAP?
