VIP - Self-Mod Permissions

I have recently been trying to set up a VIP group, i was thinking of what permissions the could have and what permissions they could have if u suggested them. So here are some ideas for new permissions.

Being able to Lock/Move/Delete/Split/Merge your OWN topics.

There were more but i forgot them, i'll edit this if i remember them.

Sorry for negative vote. It doesn't make sense to me. And i think, after 3 ranks with Admin - Global mod, Mod, we don't need more group to do this work.

All VIPs should need is a VIP-only forum and a pat on the back.

You can just create a VIP Group and give them moderator permissions.
