Can a member de activate themself?

One of my members is now showing as a guest, can they delete themselves without admin intervention?

User options are set that members can not unsubscribe.

No they cant. When a user shows as a guest mostly that it didn't update. When I login it show 2 users with the same IP witch is me.

I deleted a user around 12 months ago, and all their posts then showed as a guest, so when I have been asked to delete someone in future, either to ban them or for another reason, I have just deactivated their account, but a member appears to have deleted herself?

We have found out that the member went through to some help forum and asked how to delete herself, can someone tell me how it is done please?

A member can not delete there account, have you got any other admins apart from yourself?

Yes a member can delete their accoutn as far as im aware...

They can use that tool to remove themselves from the forum.
