okay my version is phpbb2 how can i limit the time between each post?

you should have flood control system as it is in all the forums

ACP---->General---->Security---->in security scroll down you should see this

Flood control. Delay between 2 messages, topics or private messages for each users. Can be left blank for no flood control. :

then in front of it add the time whatever you want it would be in seconds always
