Friends without foes... Empty Friends without foes...

Simple question...
is it possible to activate friends and foes only without having foes.... u know like ONLY have friends?
I tried to look for a way but couldn't find one... I though it would be inappropriate for my users to have foes....

Hello,
No, isn't possible to add friend without foes.You can disable friends and foes.
