Can someone please make me a Navbar button in this style?

Hi, as the topic says Can someone please make me a Navbar button in this style?
I want to add a button to the Navbar for New Posts and although I know how to do it I am absolutely garbage at graphics.
I have looked for one in the style shown and only want it in this style and obviously to show New Posts and not as shown here

I don't have true font

Sorry, you have put News Posts instead of New Posts
