Can't send private messages problem

Okay so on Monday I lost all my posts then did a backup on it so now neither my members or I can send private messages. When you go on the profle section of that member there is no link to click to send a message. Here is a printscreen of what I'm talking about.

Bold and Color are reserved for moderation, like this, so please keep to the default font

General>Messages & emails>Private Messages
Private Messaging :Enabled
Hit save
