Chatbox causes issues

ok, so when I activate my chatbox, it doesnt show up. but when I DEactivate it, all of my forums disappear!!! What do I do?!

this happened to me, and my bf fixed it. I don't know how and my bf is deployed. sowwy I cant help you Sad

Its most likely a bug that will fix it self out.

okay. I can make it show up ut when it DOES show up the forums don't. It is frustrating because I would really like to see both!

Have you tried restoring your forum before this issue started?

Try the restoring https://www.forumotion.com/en/utils/

Then if not then try a differnet skin.

It depends on what you pick

I would pick Full Restore but you are going to lose post/topics

activate the chat box and see if you can get it at http://www.yoursitensme.forumotion.com/chatbox/chatbox.forum?

If that works just put that link into your navbar.
