Group Moderator Suggestion!?
I have a suggestion, In a few forums I have played in have constantly changing group moderators. And the site admins seems to get frustrated about people asking to de-moderate them so they can leave the group.
I would like to ask anyone if maybe group moderators can pass down that position down to any group member
whenever they want?

Re: Group Moderator Suggestion!?
I think its the administrative aspect that is at fault here.
If the admins cannot find proper and stable staff members , then I don't know if its a good idea that they are admin.
this suggestion can go both ways... it can bring more problems and chaos rather than an easier downgrade program.
I say no...
why?
security issues
and the fact that its admins responsibility to pick the best staff, and not 2 minute mods

I'm sorry Baylixx, I would have to agree with Jalokim. It's the admins responsibility to find staff for the forum.
I too vote no . . . .

Re: Group Moderator Suggestion!?
There is no stinking way that this could be beneficial!!
Giving a person Mod powers to someone the admins do not know nor trust could be catastrophe! If the mod was mad they could give powers to the biggest trouble maker on the forum, or give it to an inexperienced friend, or someone who has the potential to be power crazy and ban everyone in sight.
Sheesh there are all kinds of possibilities. This is something that the admins, the founder, or all staff members should decide upon.

Voted no, sorry. I think it's best for Admins to make decisions like this.
