Group Moderator not allowed to add members to group [solved]

Okay I am at my wits end here, I have tried everything I can think of, and even had Mr.Mario helping me with this but still nothing. So I am thinking this might be a glitch or technical issue....not sure.

We have a hidden room, accessed only by group members only. We are adding large numbers of members to the groups daily. So we appointed a global moderator who is also a member of that group to have access to the room, to be Group Moderator so that she could assist in adding members to the group.

This has been set up and working just fine for awhile now. But all of a sudden she cannot do it. Instead she gets this error.

This is what it says:
Error
You haven't got the rights to access this page

I do not know what I could be missing. Both me and the other Admin has checked over everything. We also have removed her from the group, changed group moderator, then re-added her again, etc. Still nothing. We cannot figure this out.

Anyone else having anything like this?

if that error says "You haven't got the rights to access this page"then,how can it be visible to her?

try giving the link of the link of the hidden group to her

She can get into the hidden forum, that is not the problem. She cannot ADD members to the group.

That is something that only Admin and Group Moderators are allowed to have access to do. If it's a closed or hidden group.

hmmm......it can be the mistake of her comp/internet (still thinking hard).....or ...IDEA!!!(not soo good one) delete that group and,make another one!and set the rank administration for that group as special!

after doing that,go to ACP >> user & groups >> search users >> (the user who has the problem) >> ckick that user >> scroll down till u get the "rank title : " and,set the rank for the user,it may work

Well funny thing, I haven't done anything today to attempt to fix it, just waiting on some of your thoughts here, and tonight she messages and thanks me for fixing it because it is working for her again!!??

I didn't do anything between the last time she tried and failed. Apparently it was a glitch for the past 3 or 4 days. lol

Anyway, solved.
