member banning problem Empty member banning problem

I am an administrator of Classfive forum.My friend told me that he could not log in to classfive forum and there was a message "You have been banned from this forum".

And I told him that I didn't banned him for my forum 100 %

There are many members that cannot log in to my forum now.

What's wrong with my Forum and what should i do ?

Please help me.

i really had experienced the same problem a while ago..but actually i couldn't get any asnwer here..they weren't familiar with that kind of problems...so we ask the tech team to help us out!

What this would seem to show is that your member that is reporting this has a changable IP.

His IP is now the same as a banned user on your forums, check your past bans.

In the past have you banned by IP? If so, then as Buster said, your member may have a changeable IP and it's the same as one you banned.

You can check the IPs you've banned by going to:

admin panel >> general admin >> security
