member banning problem
I am an administrator of Classfive forum. My friend told me that he could not log in to classfive forum and there was a message "You have been banned from this forum".
And I told him that I didn't banned him for my forum 100 %
There are many members that cannot log in to my forum now.
What's wrong with my Forum and what should i do ?
Please help me.

What this would seem to show is that your member that is reporting this has a changable IP.
His IP is now the same as a banned user on your forums, check your past bans.

Thank you very much. But I have already deleted that banned user without changing his status.

Re: member banning problem
In the past have you banned by IP? If so, then as Buster said, your member may have a changeable IP and it's the same as one you banned.
You can check the IPs you've banned by going to:
admin panel >> general admin >> security
