how do i make people admin

um like how do i make peopl an admin or a moderator on my site?????????????????

user admin permissions nameofuser user level=administrator

And for moderator make a group go to permissions and tick the boxes you want them to moderate. then stick them in that group

Or are you talking about groups?

user admin>group admin>create

Input your details

Go to usergroups on the normal forum not admin panel, click on your group, fill in add a user (note:doesn't work for making admins, for that do what i said earlier)
