ppl can''t register at my forum need help

I have forum and my friends told me that they can't register anymore.
Please tell how to fix this proplem please.
It got msg saying:
"Administrators have forbidden any new members."

I am admin please help me

Admin Control Pannel-->User&Gropus-->User Options-->then you will see some options..click Allow new members :Yes..then save..then other members could join

this is what i did..for my site..i got this help from here..

My forum is happenned same thing, when new user click on the register, click accept, and they got this message saying that " the account is the same with the other" even though, they are not choosing any account name yet. Please help. My forum name is:

I check the inactive list, there no users on the list ...

What happenned is when you click on register and click agree then you will get a message saying that

" Sorry, your user name is the same with other user"

OR

" Thông báo

Xin lỗi, Tên truy cập của bạn đã trùng với người khác "
