Picture Problem Empty Picture Problem

I was trying to put a background picture for my forum, and it was a picture that I made. For some reason everytime I try to upload it, it says I'm not logged in as the Admin. I am the Admin and I checked if I was logged in. I tried relogging and it still didn't work.. Can someone help? bwi

Hmm... I will ask you some questions...

What internet browser you are using?

If you are using FireFox, maybe you Admin trial was expired.... (as in you time as admin is expired, you can still login again)
