How do i add a top posters thing two my forum

I want to add the top posters thing two my forum how do i do this?

Go to Admin Panel > Modules > Widget Management...
Scroll down and find the "Top Posters" widget.
Drag and drop it any on any of the sides you want it to show up.
Click "Save"

I found it all but its not showing up on meh forum

Display forum widgets : This must be 'yes'.
Width column 1 (left) : Minimum value = 180 to show up and 0 to hide it.
Width column 3 (right) : Minimum value = 180 to show up and 0 to hide it.

Ok one more question then. How do i make one of the wigets on the left and one on the right?

Put both column width as 180. Both will show up.
