User Attacks

There was one user on my forum named "PLAY" .
He just came to insult MUSLIMS AND ISLAM and spammed alot.
I didnt ban his ip before.Now he registered again with the name:

I though deleted him and banned his I.P
...
And now I dont want this user again..what can I do..?
If he changed his IP................????

he's an a$$hole, just ban him when he comes back if he does, theres nothing u can do.

All I can say Bling is to ban his IP, and email.

Also you can make it so that you are the only one that can make it to active accounts

Admin Panel>>User & Groups>>User Options>>Look for Who can activate Accounts >>Admin>>Save

IP/Email bans are ineffective, as router off, router on = new ip (unless its a static ip), and emails take 5 seconds to make. IP bans are only effective if they are accross a wide range.

And when u come for admin activation, its nice idea but I open my email account once a day!

You can't really do anything unless using your moderators to look out for your forum.

But,you can censor words:

ACP=>General=>Censoring=>Word Censoring=>Enter the bad words,and use other words/symbols to be used in-place of the bad words.

Also,you can censor usernames:
ACP=>General=>Censoring=>Word Censoring=>Users Censoring
