Moderator ranks and members ranks not showing up

Hi

Can anyone help i have set ranks for members and moderators on my forum but they are not showing up, The admin one has but not my other ones

Are you sure they are not set as "hidden" they need to be set as Open or Closed.

What the ranks set as hidden or the mods group set as hidden the geoup is not set to hidden

Have you gone into the members profile who you want to give the rank to and actually put the rank on in the admin panel?

No i did not no about that way i just set the ranks and thought that would work lol. Thank you so much for your help it has worked your a gem thank you againe
