force backup option or ask for backup before restore

The daily backup is a great feature.

However I you want to resore to solve a problem, you will have to wait until 02:00 when a backup of the current day is made. It would be handy if a backup could be made before restoring, either manually or bij asking if present time situation should be saved before restore.
