Solved How do I make the announcments scroll across screen on my forum?

When I go to admin>General then Announcements and I Activate it how do i make it appear on the forum at the top of the forum?

~Homepage

~Portal

~All pages

=>Save

Ok I did that but where it says Announcements at the bottom I click the Add button then it says Name and Content what do I type in for name though?

Type in the name of your annoucement,so you can find it later.
