For Every Member (excluding staff) Cant Reply Imediatly, It Says That They Have To Wait 9999 Seconds... How Do I Fix This?

Bold and Color are reserved for moderation, like this, so please keep to the default font

General>MEssages & emails>Configuration

Message edition duration limit for a member : Check None

See if it helps.

nope it says "Flood control is enabled on this board, please wait 9999 second(s) before replying or posting." when try try to post

Administration Panel > Security > Flood Control >10 (minimun)
