Structure and hierarchy????

How can I show complete hierarchy of Categories and forums on Index/home page?

Is it possible to display hierarchy of Categories and forums like on "Categories and forums" page?

For explanation see the following hierarchy of Categories and forums
Cat = Category
Frm = Forum
Numbers are use to show their place in hierarchy

-Cat 1.1
--Frm 1.1.1

Index packing is not providing solution so far....because categories do not show if nested.

Index packing>>Split categories on index >> Non do not show nested categories although it shows all nested forums

Index packing>>Split categories on index >> Medium do fail after 2nd level of category

Index packing>>Split categories on index >> Full do work but at top level that is "home" it shows each category name twice.

Index packing>>Keep categories on index >> Full is working but partially because it shows only one level at a time. I am so far using this option.

Categories inside categories cannot be seen. Thats not possible.

Then can it be a candidate for the suggestion forum?
