Can't access User Options, etc. Empty Can't access User Options, etc.

I was trying to do one of the FAQs on activating members manually, but I don't have this stuff right now. It only says Special Users and just Users I think. Not sure, but on that part there is nothing. Any help?

Make sure you are in Advaced Mode.

Hello,

Special users are people like your Moderator's and your Administrators.
Normal users = Users

Make sure ur in advanced mode as MrMario had said.
