Forgotten password

i've forgotten my e-mail password and i can't log in with my admin nick cause i changed my password before 3 days but i've lost it somewhere so please send me the password for my admin nick

I use a online program called Roboform. It remembers my login user names, passwords, etc. It also fills out most forms that are online with my information. I do a lot of sampling, surveys and so forth. It saves me a lot of time typing. It attaches to your Internet Address/tool bar, so it doesn't eat up valuable space on your computer. I've been using it for about a month now, and love it! I use the free version...but am thinking about purchasing the program.
