chat box not working

ok, i have my chat box up. i have already verified the chat box and it is on my home page. however, when i try to type anything, nothing shows up when i press enter

also, entry that anyone makes is on a white backround, and no matter what color font you use, you can't see the entry

another problem is that i can only see the entries that are in the chat box length wize. once there have been enough posts, i can't see the later ones

Lets start at the basics and work on getting to the hard was of things.

Have you tried clearing your cache & cookies yet?

i have not cleared my cookies. i will do that now. here it is http://bke-external.forumotion.co.uk/ i have it so that the admin has to activate the account though.
