Solved Admin Login/Password Help

I accidentally logged out of the Admin Panel while I was editing my forum. When I try to log back in, the forum does not recognize my username or my password. Can you help me? Can you email me my password or my username (Error message said invalid usernames when I tried to type another username/password when the first one didn't come through.)
