at the forum bar there is a title written "forum".. i wanna change it to something else

Ap==>Generalities==>Forums and configurations==>Add

Make sure it is a CATEGORY...

If you have no forums in a category you will not be able to see it

are you the administrator? if so it's at the bottom of your forum.
(Administration Panel)
click that and it will bring you into your admin panel.
