GUEST GET AROUND!

HOW CAN THIS HAPPEN!?!
(But the thing is, theres never a message!)
And in ACP I blocked it so guests cant do ANYTHING but register!
Also, every time i check the map, it says that guest(s) is from Japan or Californa. (Idk how to spell that!) I changed all the perrmissions on catagories and forum/posts, but sometimes it says they are viewing it!
Please help, I dont want some old guy from Japan looking at our site!

Can you check again?
Because its impossible for someone to get around on your site without registering, it automatically redirects you back to the log in/register page.
