Reason for Edit

Hi every one
I want to add avery nice option
so I want to have the reason of editting the topic or reply by moderators , that will appear only for the writer & not for all users
I think It will reduce the ask of users about the reason of their topics edit
what do you think??

now X person post topic
something in this topic had been edited by the moderator
I want the moderator to type the reason of editting ,so
when X person open his topic again
he will find under his topic by small red colour this statement for example
Edited by Ranger for your bad describtion
as Ranger is the moderator
& I want this to appear only for the owner of the edited topic
I hope you get the idea now

Why not, but it can be difficult because the technicians have added an option when someone edit a post (moderator, administrator or the author) and many members didn't like this feature.

Could be cool to have a built in one instead of having to type (lol) I'm interested in this, I vote yes.
