Registration problem Empty Registration problem

I am receiving mail in regards to members not receiving their activation email!
I am having to manually activate their accounts via the inactive user panel...Any reason why?

Maybe it goes to their spam mail. I somehow get the mails always, to whichever random forum i join to test something.
