Cannot Post new topic on my forum?

Help! I cannot post any new topics in my forum.
When posting a Quick Reply, it'a all good. :::

But If I post New Thread/New post. This is how it Only Looks:

No preview or Send. Is there something wrong with my templates? Or Anything Else?

That's pretty weird, and I haven't seen anything like that before. Have you tried resynching your forum or using a different browser?

Try clicking that box with the double A's and make sure your not in edit mode.

@ Rok::: I did try 3 browsers, Internet Explorer, Mozilla Firefox and Google Chrome but it still doesn't work.
When I post New, a load of text comes up.
