Banned Account Retrieve

Well I wanted to talked about this topic about so long ago. I was waiting for some administrators to reply on my message regarding to retrieve my account was banned last time.
Well I kinda regret that I've messed something up but are their any other ways to retrieve my old account Because for some reason I don't wanna lose my old account it was made 2007 and it means I've been on Forumotion so old and I wanna have it so badly that I wanna ask the administrators to please give me atleast one more chance.

Are their any other ways on having my old account? I mean its just the same right creating another account and then your main account has been banned. And btw I don't know where to discuss this matter but I just want to talked about this.

Most of the accounts that are banned are banned and will stay that way being as you broke the rules why give you that account back?
