You didn't leave enough time to bump again.
And, in short, no you can't do that with Forumotion without making extra HTML pages and using a PHP arcade system or embedding SWFs, however the latter doesn't track high scores.

Please only post once a day and if you need to add anything else to your question please use the

You can add games to your forum but you can't do what that picture looks like.
