Solved HTML is OFF in signature

i have enabled HTML from admin panel but in signature its still in off position whats the reason

Signature :
This is a block of text that can be added to posts you make. There is a 500 character limit
HTML is OFF
BBCode is ON

make sure to active html in your profiles as well.
go to your UCP and activate HTML

and go to admin panel-> general -> messages -> configuration
allow html -> yes
