Solved Sticky problems

Post by Mageofmagers on July 21st 2009, 5:19 pm

I am having trouble setting my topics as announcements or sticky. I have made sure the permission are set so I can, but I still don't even have the option to do it anywhere. Confused
Please help

I am sure, its something to do with your skin. Just changing the skin would sort the problem.

Just go onto hitskin.com. Choose any other theme & click on preview, then go into your posts & see if the sticky options appear.

Hi,

sticky, and announcing a topic isnt under that menu Wink

Find the "options" bar, and open it (click the '+' button) and there should be the option to stick and announce there; but you must edit the first post of the thread.

P.S. Were not aloud to double post within 24hrs Wink

Thank you SO much! The little plus is very small but I can see it now. (have to highlight the entire options bar and look close but it works). You are a life saver! Very Happy

P.S. I'm sorry about the double post. I was not aware of that rule Embarassed
