hi, in my admin CP there is a option, 'allow mods to ban' could you tell me where it is?

and aslo

i have global mods and section mods, is there a way i can allow G. Mods to ban and not the standard section mods?

i managed to answer my own first question

1. Administration panel
2. General
3. Froum
4. Security
5. Disallow moderators to ban members


but what about the other question?

The solution to your other question is dependant. If the section moderators can moderate, then they can ban. However, if they cannot, then only the G. Moderators can ban.

yes they can moderate, but only the section they are assigned. ok i didn't think it could be done,

i am a little confused on what you are asking, but try creating a seperate group for the global moderators with the permissions set differently than the other parrot moderators.

He/She was asking if is possible to make one group ban and the other not.

To answer the question it is not possible. I belilve there is a suggetsion already in the suggestion section so no need to make another suggestion.
