My admin account deleted

I woke up in the morning, wanted to edit my forum a little and my internet said that theres no such forum... after 5 minutes it says something about increase connection timeout or something like that and after half an hour the forum came back to work...
but my Admin account deleted... I cant login to my control pannel cause no account =\ the posts i did has no name of sender... can u somehow create or retrive my admin? the account name is Hezi, and the forum is:

it because of the server .. some forums lost some topics and may be some members and some last changes
