Topic Title Color

I've changed the 'Allow topics titles color' to yes, but now i don't know how to change and use different colors on the topic titles. I'm using 'phpBB2', if that is of any help. Can anyone help me?
Also, is there any way to restrict the use of topic coloring to certain groups or people?

I'm not sure ow to prevent people to not make a topic title color, but here is how to:

Try both. One doesn't work.

Thanks, i had already tried both. I just tried them again, just to make sure it wasn't my mistake. For some reason, neither did work. Thanks anyway.

Hmm..I know there is a way though. I think I got it. When you make a new topic, click on the colors box and choose a color. Then type in the subject box

Nope... Tried both creating a new one and just editing an old one. The code ends up on the body of the message and doesn't affect the title. Thanks for trying, again, though

That one should work. Just edit out the code, you should know which to edit

Yeah, that's the same code MrMega gave me, a couple posts up but, for some odd reason, it doesn't work. And neither does the other one. Thanks, though

Hey, try going to the administration panel => general => messages and emails ( configuration ) => then scroll all of the way down, and tick yes where it says allow topics titles color.

*Edit: And then after you click yes on that, when you make a new topic you can see, next to where the title box is, a drop-down box. Pick the color you want! *

Thanks. I had already done that, but i tried setting it to 'no' and then back to 'yes' and it worked. Thanks everyone, for your help.
