Disable,Enable html or bbcode in a seperate forum section

Sir and Mam of Forumotion.

I kindly ask if there is a Possible if a certain forum section, that i want to able the html , and other forum section, i will disable my html only the bbcodes are available.

i mean.

I have a forum Name Youtube section.
which i will activate the html in that forum so we can embed code in that Forum section.

and at the same time there is a Forum section Named "general discussion"
which i will disable the html and only the bbcodes are available.

Is there any way that we can do that?.
