Solved "You can't access this forum for the moment." Please Help!

I've had many user complain of this error message showing up on the homescreen and they are unable to log on.

"The administrator of this forum is processing a maintenance. You can't access this forum for the moment."

please help! i wish to get this forum up and runnign by the end of the month!

Hello,
Try this:
Admin Panel=>General=>Forum=>Configuration=>Forum in construction=>No=>Save.
