Widget is not appearing. Empty Widget is not appearing.

Hello!
my problem is that my forum widget is not appearing on main page. Earlier it was all ok but as soon as i changed the skin it disappeared and i am confused why it happened. I have tried many thing but.... Sad can you help me A.S.A.P???

It looks fine to me.
I don't see a missing widget.
