A new Header Design

Well it's time to change the old grey header of my forum so i'll need some help here!
I need a header with 790 px. width and about 200 px heigh ( i think it will look better if it's higher )
What about the design....Check out this image:

So i need the font and colors to be like in the image and for background you can decide
On the header must be written : "PSYDEX FORUMS" (with big font size) and "Mobile Games Community" (with smaller font size) . Thanx in advance ! Can't wait to see what is going to look like

Never mind, it's not nessesary to be exactly like posted above , it's important the design
Images , Gif or Flash are good too
