i want my new users to be able to send invitation forms to other users to join my site. How can i put that form

Just have an announcement somewhere saying that members are welcome to invite other people if they like to.

I would write something up and have your forums link along with a banner or logo. then tell your members they can copy and past it off to who ever they would like to invite.
