Private message and visitor message problems

Ok, at one of the forums I moderate at.. it doesn't let me access private messages when clicking in the navbar it says "General Error - Could not update private message new/read status (2) for user" and in profile when I click visitor messages it says "General Error- Could not get profile messages list" and when I click statistics in profile it says "General Error- Could not get last visitor message date"..

Please any help on how to fix this? This is very annoying..
